I have a wealth of experience counselling adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, running parenting workshops, mentoring and counselling young people aged 13 to 25, as well as extensive experience in teaching, banking and the health sector. I am uniquely placed to provide therapy and run workshops addressing a range of issues.
As a qualified counsellor, I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and also a member of the British Association of Psychology (BPS) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
I am an accredited parenting facilitator for the Strengthening Families and Strengthening Communities programme.
I hold a certificate in Brief Focused Counselling.
I hold a certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation.
I hold a certificate in Crisis Counselling.
Are you committed to professional development?
Most definitely Yes! As a counsellor, my commitment is to ensure that I remain professionally relevant and competent by undertaking additional training to update my skills (CPD). I am currently completing a Certificate in Life Coaching and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also volunteer as a crisis counsellor - reaching out to support people in crisis online. - another way of increasing my professional training and knowledge.

Absolutely! We offer creative and fun packed sessions to transform lives - provide insight and build esteem. This improves performance, reduce absences and increases motivation!
